Impact of PFProp on the body
No significant difference was observed in the thickness of the lateral abdominal muscle; however, the exercise may have promoted muscle activity in hip adductor muscles.
Impact of PFProp on posture and balance
A significant difference was observed in the angle of the sacrum in the sitting position before and after the experiment with PFProp compared to the reference values. The amount of change before and after training decreased significantly in the static standing position (total locus length).
